Started in September of 2007, MCB is a full service law firm, drawing on the background and expertise of each partner, Andy Messer, Scott Campbell and Shawn Brady. Altogether, these attorneys bring over sixty years of experience to the table in handling and resolving legal matters on behalf of their clients.

Andy Messer has twenty plus years of experience in municipal law, litigation and appeals, and during that time has successfully defended local governments throughout Texas. Scott Campbell has twenty plus years of experience in the area of general civil litigation and has handled cases of all types throughout the state. Shawn Brady has eighteen years of commercial litigation experience and represents clients in Texas courts all across the state.

Each of these attorneys were born and raised in the Dallas area, with Andy Messer and Scott Campbell attending junior high school and high school together in Richardson, and with Shawn Brady a product of Jesuit Preparatory Academy in Dallas. When these attorneys and friends decided to form the firm back in 2007, it was with a commitment to excellence in the practice of law, with a problem solving and caring attitude towards the firm’s clients.
